Service Rules

• After placing an order, Yellow Dog will send you an invoice for payment. Only paid orders are printed.

• Once an order is paid, we are unable to provide any refunds as the tags have already been printed.

• The client should test a few of the new labels to confirm barcode scanning in their POS and that there is a 100% read rate with RFID handhelds.

• A minimum batch charge of $10 applies to all orders. A single batch charge will be charged for orders received on the same day. This batch charge helps us recover our payroll expense to review the order, send you an invoice, print the RFID batch, place it into a shipping container, and finally mail it.

  • Example: You place one order today. A $10 batch charge will be added. You place five orders today: Only one batch charge of $10 will apply. You place one order today and then another order 4 days later. Each order will incur a $10 batch charge.

• Orders are processed in the order they are paid. Meaning, the order that pays first gets printed first.

  • Our standard practice is to print all paid orders received by 1 pm the same business day and ship them the next business day. However, printing is a queue, and a large order may result in paid orders being printed when the queue is clear.

• We will process paid orders Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We will not process paid orders when our office is closed, which includes all US Federal holidays, New Year's Eve, Christmas Eve, and the day after Christmas.

• Any “rush” orders will be approved by Yellow Dog, and if approved, will incur a $25 batch charge.

• Shipping is via ground USPS and is included in the per-tag price. Any expedited shipping will be added to our invoice.
