Accessibility Statement

Yellow Dog Software is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our inventory management software and related digital properties.

Our Commitment to Accessibility

We believe that all users, including those with disabilities, should have meaningful access to the tools they rely on to manage inventory operations across food and beverage, retail, and venue environments. Accessibility is an ongoing priority embedded in how we design, develop, and maintain our product.

Conformance Status

Our software incorporates many of the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities and provides three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

We have implemented many WCAG 2.1 success criteria across our application, and we continue to work toward broader conformance. While we strive to align with these standards, some areas of our product may not yet fully meet every WCAG 2.1 requirement. We are transparent about this ongoing work and welcome feedback from our users.

Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is not a one-time effort. Our product roadmap is regularly updated with features and enhancements specifically intended to improve WCAG 2.1 compatibility. These updates include, where applicable, improvements to keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, color contrast, form labeling, focus management, and other interface elements that affect users with disabilities.

We review our roadmap on a recurring basis to prioritize accessibility improvements alongside other product enhancements, and we incorporate accessibility considerations into our standard development and quality assurance processes.

Accessible Technology

We design our product using the most accessible technology available for inventory management software users. This includes leveraging modern web standards, accessible user interface frameworks, semantic markup, and assistive-technology-compatible components wherever feasible within the context of an inventory management platform.
