Sales Enablement Manager

Role Overview:

The primary goal of the sales enablement manager is to help Yellow Dog Software's sales team sell more effectively and efficiently in today's increasingly competitive market. A sales enablement manager supports the sales team through a combination of multiple sales functions. They will serve as the liaison between the sales and marketing departments.

Responsibilities:

A key responsibility of a sales enablement manager is to provide the sales team with the necessary resources to allow them to maximize productivity and sales. Some of the types of resources a sales enablement manager will oversee includes:

  • Content

  • Tools

  • Technology and systems

  • Knowledge and information

  • Training programs, Sales Onboarding

  • Templates, worksheets, and presentations

  • Sales strategies and initiatives

  • Sales performance analysis

  • Business development programs

Sales Enablement Manager will also ensure consistency and quality control pertaining to the organization's messaging to unify and strengthen Yellow Dog Software's brand. Another important part of the role is to create a positive customer relationship.

They will report to the Director of Sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

College Education preferred, not required with demonstrated sales enablement experience
