To provide Yellow Dog Software with a formal notice of termination, you will need to perform the first 3 steps. We will confirm with step 4.
Step 1: Understand your current term obligations.
Step 2: Decide how to pay your remaining term obligation
Step 3: Submit your notice of termination and payment decision.
Step 4. We will send you a formal reply acknowledging your notice of termination, your payment decision, and your remaining invoice schedule.
Understand your current term obligations.
Agreements are one year or three years. Please review your Agreement to understand your term length and renewal information.
Review your invoices to identify your starting month for your term. Determine the month for the end of the term. Then, determine the 60-day notice month. For example, with a one-year/annual term, if your billing started in January, your ending month is December, and October is the month you need to provide a 60-day notice.
Calculate the remaining months in your current term x monthly invoice. That is your outstanding obligation.
Sections 3 and 12 of your Agreement detail your term obligations.
Decide how to pay your remaining term obligation
We can continue to bill monthly through the end of your current term OR we can provide you with a single invoice/amount (one-time) for the remaining months.
If you choose one-time, any obligation amount will be reduced by 25%.
Submit your notice of termination and payment decision.
Please complete the form below:
Note: Failure to pay any invoices beyond 30 days is a client breach of the Agreement (section 3.2), which will allow Yellow Dog to 1. Terminate your Agreement and 2. Pursue dispute resolutions as listed in section 12 of the Agreement for any client obligations.
